This one-day training course will demystify AI for early IT professionals and tech-adjacent learners by developing skills in AI fundamentals to move faster and do more with less. It simplifies AI concepts and equips you with practical skills to enhance efficiency, foster innovation, and understand the legal and ethical use of generative AI. With no prior experience required, this course is an ideal first step to integrating AI into your career.

The course includes a CompTIA AI Essentials licence which, once redeemed, is valid for 12 months.

Note this course is designed to help you gain the knowledge and skills needed to understand and apply AI concepts. It does not include a certification but provides a Competency Certificate, called a CompCert, upon completion of the supplied CompTIA learning content.
